Note 8 video gets choppy after a 2-3 weeks of use

You go to About - Status. It's listed there in hours. Divide by 24 for days. It just happened to me today after like 260 hrs. That seems to be my magic number 250-270 hrs. Before that it's perfectly smooth and great and then all of a sudden it starts slowing down. Very odd.

you can even set it to restart automatically once a week so you don't even have to thonk about it

I agree. So a couple of things I'd like to add... My Note 8 is on Verizon, I restart my device every morning, I have had this device since September and I've never noticed any slow down, stuttering, or ill behavior in general. It has ran buttery smooth since I got it.

I have the Verizon Note 8 too. I'll sometimes go a week or so without rebooting and I haven't seen a noticeable stutter. I guess it depends on usage and what apps you have installed.

yeah, I don't think Verizon version have it, just manually clear cache and reboot once a week instead, it's not like it's a major thing
