Hey all,
So I got the JB update today for my Telus Galaxy Note. To be honest, I planned on switching to an HTC One today, due to ongoing issues with my Note, but the update came out so I figured I'd give it a shot.
Prior issues mostly involved general lag/unresponsiveness and crashing, and also inexplicable battery drainage. Immediately after the JB update, the phone became virtually unusable due to even worse lag. A reboot fixed this, but now it's lagging heavily again.
I'm finding memory usage quite high, always in the high 600MBs range (often 670-690) and despite clearing out any apps and games I don't use, the phone's performance is still poor.
Can anyone verify if this may be a JB specific issue, or should I (once again) wipe and restore my phone to see if that helps? I've done it before with little improvement...
