Notes App?

Is there a notes app that will sync with either my google notes or my exchange memo app?

Blackberry's built-in memo app was great, but Android doesn't sync tasks or notes with exchange. What are some good apps that will sync notes and tasks for me?

i used SSI Gtasks Todo it will sync with google's tasks and is pretty lightweight and simple.
