notifications won't clear

Aria forum seems pretty quiet compared to the evo forum. Got the wife an Aria, she has a voicemail notification that won't clear despite deleting the vm from the network and pressing the" clear" button on the window shade. Glitch or am I missing something? On my evo I have visual voicemail so its a different setup. Thanks.

never a bad idea to do a battery pull once a week or so. you might also try going into the phone settings and resetting the voicemail count. I really can't remember off the top of my head where this is located on the Aria, but the option should be there somewhere.

I had the same thing happen with my Nexus One on AT&T. I ended up calling my phone from a landline, leaving myself a vm. Then I called, listened to the vm and deleted it. Notification icon was gone. Hope this helps.
