Thats the error string

It's a Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-1714M

I'm trying to remove cyanogen and get back to stock

No SD card, and its plugged in with a samsung micro USB.

I launched odin 3.12 in admin mode, selected the .md5 file in AP, and clicked start with the phone in download mode.

Download the file again - make sure it's for your variant of the S3. The I747, for example, is also an S3. but it probably won't work.
