Well now that you've changed you post and are asking what voodoo kernel is safe, I have to ask why do you want to try voodoo? Read Gunnermike53's thread here:
http://forum.androidcentral.com/ver...ks/55753-how-voodoo-updated-3-mar-2011-a.html
and pay heed to the warning he gives about getting comfortable with flashing roms, kernels, themes, etc., and just navigating around your phone in general before attempting voodoo. It is much easier to make a mistake that will brick your phone on voodoo. The rule of thumb is get proficient doing everything you need to do with your phone on non voodoo first before attempting voodoo. But please answer my question about why you want to use a voodoo kernel.

Because when i had it on 2.1 i was scoring 2000+ on quardrant benchmark. Im an avid Dungeon Defender player. I need as much performance as I can get. If you havent played it, Ya need to!

Ok, well if you are experienced with using voodoo then no issues.

ok i have accesssed and sent my steel blue file to g drive being my phone now it asks me to disconnect sd card before turning off storage with a button to turn off under it so am i ticking that button then going in to cwm via blue screen then down one to update sd:zip i think then in there finding steel blue and installing u have beeen BEYOND helpful thank u for the massive knowledge im trying to learn and remember

While using Bluetooth audio in my car with 2.1, I had no issues. Since the switch to 2.2 (2.6 super clean), I have experienced a major issue. Starting my car will automatically connect my bluetooth, but if for some reason I walk away from my car out of range and lose the connection, it will not re-connect (happened twice in 2 days). Doesn't sound like a big issue EXCEPT, my phone becomes bogged down and is left inoperable and you have 2 choices, shut the car off or pull the battery. If you leave it alone, you can literally watch the battery drain at an insane rate. 25% in less than 10 minutes, ouch. I hope there is an answer for this cuz my only option at this point is no Bluetooth audio :(

Ok, well im at red CWM, but my dumbass did not put the voodoo kernel on my SD card to install it. Now all i can get into is red cwm. I cant mount my SD card to comp to move file to SD card to install the kernel. I see the option for it..but it's not working.

The bluetooth problems on EB01 have been well documented in these forums. Could be one of the reasons for the delayed release of Froyo for our phones. Have you checked out this thread at XDA? There is a possible fix in there that has worked for some people:
[Q] EB01 - Bluetooth issues? - xda-developers
Other than that, no help of possible solutions. After all, this is a leaked version and not official, so good chance it still had the bugs that were holding up release.
