that will bring you to stock Froyo but its actually going to rewrite every part of the phone,,,,if it doesnt work id say flash DI01 and bring it in to verizon

I'm dealing with my own issues with my phone. Can't restore a nandroid backup to save my skin which means I'm going to have to start from scratch on putting it back together piece by piece. This whole cwm thing has me so frustrated I'm tempted to go to voodoo just so I don't have to deal with this bs of different cwms

no the files i just gave and the file we will flash if this doesnt work are both unrooted

It vibrates when its in haptic but when I get a call it will just ring a
And won't vibrate. And when its in vibration and I get a call or text the phone acts if it was in silent mode.

i dont understand whats the problem?

I don't even know where to begin. Played it safe & flashed 2.8 by itself, then flashed nitro dark theme. Problem was I just had the plain launcher pro with the white icons in the middle dock and the plus signs in the other two docks instead of my setup of the colored icons in all three docks, and I couldn't get the 3D app drawer to enable. So I tried flashing to my nandroid of my 2.6 build, force close loop at boot animation. Boot to recovery, try the 2.4 nandroid, worked. flashed 2.8 and nitro dark theme, but had no visual difference to know if I was on 2.8 or 2.4. Kept trying nandroid backups to the point where now if I try to restore a nandroid I just end up at a black screen, no lights from capacitive keys, sometimes when the screen first goes blank I hear the standard stock boot up tone. I tried adry's cleanup method for fixing 2.7 issues then restoring nandroid. Nothing has worked.

No it's a different type of file system that kind of reformats the memory of the phone in a way it wasn't meant to be. Basically something beginning rooters should stay away from.

its kernel related,,,,and when you pull down the notification bar it will tell you if its on 2.8
