Sorry, I'm doing this for the first time, but which of these custom EB01 roms will be the best as far as battery time goes? Superclean 2.4, I suppose?

Maybe superclean but they all use the same kernel so they should be about the same

I had a rooted fascinate and just tried to followed those steps above..

After I download EB01_DXC.tar and run it through odin and all the

procedures..I got 2.2 but twlauncher is keep force closing..

and when I tried to download from market, it says there is no space ..

what should I do~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~??????????????

It also says I have 0 internal storage space....why is it happening???

Did your Odin flash without errors?

I would try to download the tar file again. Make sure anti virus is turned while running Odin. Use a USB port in the back of your PC.

You can't flash over voodoo unless you disable lagfix firsf..when I get to my desk ill give you a link tio DI01 .you will need to flash that then re flash super clean

then check your internal storage, if its good, then flash superclean or debloated, whichever you want

The move to Superclean 2.4 was a breeze. Took only 2.56 mins from Eclair to Froyo!

Dont know why I was sitting around with Eclair all this while and cursing my Fascinate for being slow. Now with all the bloatware gone, it feels super slick. Besides I'm so happy to see the search defaulting to Google again.

Hopefully the battery will last longer too now. Will have my feedback on the battery life in a day.

Bluetooth issues with EB01

There is a separate thread in the regular Fascinate forums about Bluetooth issues...but I wanted to also post something here. Is anyone else experiencing lost bluetooth connections with built in car stereos or head units replacing car stereos? I am experiencing an issue that I can not resolve even after going back to stock and reloading EB01. Basically once a call is placed using the unit the connection freezes or something, and then the stereo and phone both report a good connection where there is none. It requires a shut down/restart of the stereo as well as turning the bluetooth off and then back on the phone.

ETA: And you know the connection got dumped because the phone responds with the tell tale "force close" vibrate sequence (one vibrate, long pause, 2 vibrates). However no force close or error message ever appears on the phone.

Same issues going on with my phone. I am currently running Debloated/Deodexed Froyo Leak+root+Froyo Clockworkmod on a Fascinate. Thi is connecting bluetooth to a chevy hands free unit.

Can I just download the full eb01 deodexed tar and install with odin and just download the super clean 2.4 zip and install in cwm recovery?
