I've had to manually refresh and receive for the last week. All options are checked correctly. Its set to check every hour. Weird.
I'm on the last stable release.

Because the GB OTA wasn't compatible with Netflix. So they pulled it. There is a working version at xda. Don't have the link to share.

oh really? i have netflix installed and it works perfectly. oh and do you know what the latest gapps are?

It works fine on CM7. I believe it had to do with Sense, but I'm not 100%. It works for me as well.
I'm on 0503 GAPPS. That is the lastest I seen.

Yes, I had this problem, too. I found this post over at XDA which solved the problem for me (Menu--Settings--Applications--All--Gmail--Clear Data, then re-sign in)

I had the same problem, and it turns out that sync in the "Accounts & Sync" menu for the account was turning off just for Gmail...

I'm not sure what's triggering this, but I've had to repeatedly re-enable this option for all the accounts on my phone. Every other sync option is saved like expected, but the Gmail option seems to be turning off randomly...

I saw some people have the same problem on xda, if you look under evo 4g development and find the nightly page the couple last posts host a solution, sorry i. Can't give you a direct link, im on my phone
