What would happen if I flashed it with a working build and then update the nightly will I lose that lock screen if I updated my nightly?

Yeah. Wipe cache and dalvik then flash zip. Download zip for your nightly.

You would lose it. Framework would be overwritten.

Looks like Cyanogen has merged the changes into the kernel for HDMI mirroring.

If it works it works lol. If you start to see problems then go back and wipe and reflash.

Does that mean there is a newer kernel out for the HDMI? Im on the 2.6.37.3-poonkang+agrabren@dogbert#80.

That kernel is based off the stock CM7 kernel. So he just merged the changes to get Mirroring to work.

Anyone know of any new tweaks or features that they are hoping to add into cm7? First it was wimax, then hdmi mirroring.. Just wondering if there is anything else big on the horizon that we should look forward to

There are tons of themes available. If your looking for a sense rom this will never happen on CM.
