I haven't really had any problems with CM7. I've always gotten my gps working and 4g works without any problems.
But, I noticed today that the camera app in cm7 was terrible compared to a stock evo. I had to take some close up shots of a plug and another small item or two. The focus up close seemed non-existent. Everything was blurry. Picked up my co-worker's stock evo and the pictures were much better and in focus. You could hear the autofocus kicking in before it snapped the picture on each, but my camera ended up blurry every time. Lens cover doesn't really seem scratched and I'm seeing fairly good pictures in normal situations.
If this something others have seen? Is the camera app just not as good on cm7? Not a big deal to me either way, just curious more than anything. These were fairly closeup shots and within 6-12" of the item.

Theres reports of HDMI not fully implemented yet. I tried the kernel could not get video output to my tv. Had to reflash HdMwIn back for it to work again.

I've never used the CM7 camera app. I've been using Vignette since the first week I bought my Evo. I thought everyone dumped the native camera app... or at least they should.

i just flashed the nightly 21 now i cant get data connection 
i try going back to sense rom and i got a message saying my user name and passwork is incorrect any help please i need my data connection.
my wife says when she try to send me a txt she get a message saying the costumer is out of service?
does anybody know how to reset the data conncetion??? i already try going to settings and update prl on sense rom but nothing works i try to go back to #19 and nothing

Try updating profile on a Sense ROM. That may fix it.
I need to get with Cyanogen and find out why the Update Profile / Update PRL haven't been brought across to CM.
how do i do that? i try updating the profile on sense rom i the phone get stuck saying Device configuration/the network is preparing your services...

I'm not sure where to go from there. You will probably need to re-program your phone from a Sense ROM but I do not know exactly how that's done off the top of my head.
i found the problem... what heppened was as soon as i flashed the 21 my account with sprint got disconnected, so i automatic tough it was the phone...

Hey guys is there any work around for the GPS to work in the newer CMs? My GPS turns on but some apps says its not and others (like google maps) say I am a block away from where I am really at.
