I started out with Sprint, moved to Verizon, then At&t and now T-Mobile. Each one has given me some sort of problem so I feel your pain.

You guys crack me up...It's a bloody phone. People checking their order status eleventeen times per/day, coming on here and checking out who might have the smallest of pieces of new information!

The thing is, these forums are less about tech support than about emotional support for people who are very close to their phones. Hence the mega-threads such as What's your favorite color?, or Can you make it til next week without sedation?

I ordered from Telus (S8+ in black) on Wednesday, so I have a feeling next week is a little early for it to arrive.
 
Did you really? I ordered right when pre order started and haven't seen anything yet.
yes I got tracking info, lol I have no reason to come on here and say I did if I did not, but as I said, it's still not active, I don't anticipate getting the phone until at least the 20th
 
You are literally the only sprint customer I've heard of from around the various forums that have gotten tracking from sprint.

How did you get your tracking? Did they notify you?
 
I ordered from Samsung.com and still no tracking number yet :( They ship fedex and said they would be sent out Monday. Do they have a different method of how they prepare shipments or something? Since Tmobile issues tracking number days in advance because the devices sit there waiting for UPS to pick them up.

It seems the reviewers are getting them a few days earlier than us. You would think they'd get the phones sooner to review though like LG does.
 
Why don't people understand this is all expected? They will sit there until Tue or Wed until they're ready to ship. People think they are getting the phone tomorrow when that simply isn't the case.

Enjoy your Easter weekend and extra day off on Monday if you get one.
 
I preordered mines with tmobile the first day, finally got billed yesterday and recieved text and email with ups tracking number, no movement yet on ups website, just says label created on 04/13/2017. On tmobile website the status changed to "shipped"

Im pretty sure the earliest i will recieve the phone is probably tuesday or wednesday but on the ups website it says "UPS Next Day Air Saver", does that mean it is suppose to ship next day from when the label was created or just when tmobile or samsung actually realeases it to be shipped?

anyone have any idea if att pre orders have had any activity or notices or emails relating to such. i havent yet. its getting edgy.

I think a few have. I ordered through Samsung.com and have heard nothing as well though! Supposed to ship on Monday they told me so I might not even see anything online to track until late Sunday Night or Monday. Samsung says we get them no later than 4/20 so I'm thinking on Wed I get mine.
