No further news in almost two weeks since this news that big red would get the HTC ONE sometime late summer has soured a lot of people with Verizon.Even Google search turns up no further news. It's embarrassing enough that they were so late for the party if they wait till late summer many buyers of this phone will wait for the Iphone, moto X or may just wit to see what the Xmas holidays bring. Just look back at how Verizon handles other manufactures they carried and thier phone choices is getting very limited!!!!! Hey BIG RED YOU NEED TO START CARING MORE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND PRODUCTS NOT JUST THE NETWORK!!!!!!

Sadly Gotta Be Mobile is not a very good site. They put something new about the HTC One and Verizon just about everyday.
This. I've noticed that Gotta Be Mobile (and several sites that look very similar to Gotta Be Mobile), take a popular topic and post about it daily to drive up traffic to their site(s). Most of the time they have no facts/sources to back up what they say.

Also, if you notice they will just keep giving out the same information about the device over and over. It's just mostly the specs.

I hope this is true, ready to get rid of my Bionic. Was going back and forth between Sony Xperia Z and HTC one.
I am very ready to get rid of my 4S. I would be open to switching carriers for the One, but unfortunately I'm moving to a pretty remote area and Verizon has hands down the best coverage there.

+1. I love this device and want to see it in as many hands as possible. Since I sold my S4 and have been using the ONE exclusively I love it more each day. In the past Sprint and Verizon have released their version of a certain device after the GSM carriers but as of late Sprint has been releasing at the same time as GSM. Of course Verizon has to take a perfectly good device and lock it down to hell and back so I guess that's what takes them so long
Be patient Verizonites, it will be worth the wait!I am glad to see that I am not the only one that was ready to get rid of their iPhone 4s. If I didn't still have unlimited data, I would probably switch carriers for the HTC One. Where I live and frequent, I get equally good coverage on my Verizon phone as well as my job-issued AT&T.
If this thing doesn't have an unlockable bootloader or a method to unlock, I quit Verizon. There's no way I'm having stock bloat filled Verizon garbage.

May as well quit right now then. I'm sure the bootloader will be unlocked by deva at some pt but I doubt vzw is going to make it easy all of the sudden

Yeah, it seems like it'll be a really popular device and even if Verizon has them put an unlockable bootloader on it, I think it'll be cracked quickly.

At least we know Verizon's HTC phones have way less garbage than Samsung phones do. Or am I wrong? :-\
To answer your question, I'm sure that there's more than half of the available memory on the phone, put of the box.
