Ok. I'm Stumped. Update my radios and move to 4.0.4 HOW???

Hello all... I'm rooted with S-ON. Bootloader 1.12, running 4.0.3, and software version 1.13.651.1, baseband 1.02.12.0427.

Im trying to update my radios and I'd love to update to 4.0.4. I've heard that the new updates really increase speed, efficiency and signal. I'm usually really good at all this, but I've hit a wall.


What are my options, and how do I do it????

I would go to xda forums and it looks like you might have to be s off because s on you can't really do anything

you have 2 choices
1: go s-off and then you can flash a firmware package minus the hboot
2: relock your bootloader, Run a RUU and take the OTA ,unlock again and install your recovery

Thanks to all! I figured it out. Ended up going Panda/Mean Rom. Great combo so far! Although there is an issue with changing the sprint proxies to "0.0.0.0 / 0" You tube doesnt play. Gotta go back to the originals.
