Old M7 no OS

I made a mistake last year and wiped the os from the phone and also wiped it from the internal memory. opps...,,

I can get into recover and the bootloader just fine but how do I add the OS back to the phone. Seems difficult without the mounting ability to the computer and the fact there are no external sd card inputs on this phone.

I'll gladly answer any questions you have for me, also. Thankyou!
