On my Galaxy Tab3 the Find My Phone Android option in security settings keeps enabling itself.

No matter how many times I turn off it just comes back on. I have factory reset tablet, turned off Samsung Account app, disabled remote controls. Im just lost with this one. Also my WiFi connection keeps coming on and off, it is my home network I mainly use but noticed it also done it with local cable company hotspot connection. ANY help would be great.
