Open ring volume will not turn off.

Ring tone can not be turned off by slider. This is a problem in a office setting. This was not a problem before 7.0.2 update. This is unacceptable and has turned my opinion about my 0p3.

If you are talking about the fact that you can't turn the volume all the way down with the volume button anymore, this has been touched on. Unfortunately it is just a change made in the software. Otherwise, to put it into silent or vibrate, you will have to use the volume toggle above the volume rocker.

Er, maybe the alert slider? Top position, gear icon, enable vibration.
