Oreo update on S7 issue with apps and homescreen resetting to default when restarting phone.

Every time I restart my phone my homescreen resets back to the default and so does the apps. All folders I make are undone and it is back in a different order. I have cleared cache and reset app preferences back to default. I've looked everywhere but don't see any solutions.

2. about home screen
3. app info
4. storage
5. clear data
6. clear cache

Are you using a launcher such as Nova Launcher? If not I suggest trying that and seeing if the problem is fixed; this may be an issue with TouchWiz(Samsung's Launcher)
