I updated my S20 FE to A11 and UI 3.0 yesterday. I'd actually had Android 11 already when I had my Pixel 3 XL, before upgrading to the FE on release day.
It seems that the persistent notifications I have (AdGuard and Overdrop weather) are moving around more than in A10. I want them to stack in a particular order. I'm sure they probably changed order previously, but it seems more frequent on 11.
If it's possible, I'd also like to have persistent notifications either be the first two or the last two. What I get is normal notifications on top, persistent, then silent.
Is there any way, either a setting I'm missing or a third-party app, to personalize the order of notifications? Goodlock won't do it at the moment...I've toggled the sort order in QuickStar by time/in-app priority and it doesn't seem to make much difference.
Locking the persistent notifications in order is the primary thing.
