Ota on one plus

So I rooted my phone and manually flashed stock cm12.1 to Unroot, locked my bootloader, flashed stock recovery. Now I want to know if I will get Ota updates on my manually flashed cm12.1.

You should if you flashed stock. If during the next OTA update you have issues, please let me know and I will talk to our engineers.

Even if it shows that I have a custom rom installed when I download and open whatsapp

I can't comment on how whatsapp operates. If your on a stock build and a stock recovery I don't see where you should have an issue.

Just wondering, is the 1+1 a candidate for an OTA of Cyanogen 13 whenever it's completed, or is that relationship dead and buried?

And is it likely that Cyanogen 13 will support T-Mobile WiFi Calling, or is that only a thing for the CyanogenMod 13 ROM?

(I've actually never been all that clear on the relationship between Cyanogen and CyanogenMod, is why I ask.)

The Bacon is a CM device as well as a COS device. As a CM device, I imagine it will be brought up to 13. I cannot comment on the COS update path as I make it habit to not promise on things.
