OTG gamepad support universal or not?

Hi all, so I've got a lenovo a10-70 and so far everything is working great except usb otg gamepad! The otg works with my 64gb flash drive, a keyboard, but not my wireless Logitech pad. The pad works on my phone and my wife's tablet. Any ideas?

Sorted. Had to change the game pads mode from Xbox to dirextx..very odd

Im trying to connect xbox 360 controller to a lenovo tab 2 a10. How did you accomplish changing the gamepad mode to directx?

It's was a logitech f720.so appears as an x box controller but is in fact not! Sorry!
