I have the Note 20 Ultra and have not had any updates since Oct 2021. The phone is a Verizon phone, switched to Straight Talk and recently just switched to Xfinity Mobile ..... could this be why, it's not with the original carrier?
I have not no, do I have to set that up? I have never used Smart SwitchThat's often the case. Have you tried using Smart Switch to see if there's an update available?
