Outlook calendar notifications

Running Outlook for Android. When reminders are setup in Outlook, a notification is configured. However on Android no visual or audible notification ever happens.

However when the notification time arrives for the same event in Outlook on a PC (same email account on phone and PC) there are visual reminders appearing.

Why are there no visual or audible notifications on the phone? This is happening on 4 different phones so it's not the phone or specific version of Android as it's been this way from Android 8 through 10 (possibly back to version 7, don't recall).

You'd have to ask Microsoft that question - unfortunately, the email address listed for Outlook is noreply@microsoft.com which probably doesn't exist. (You can try it, though.) From their other apps, I'd guess that outlook@microsoft.com might work.

I figured it out. I didn't dig deep enough in the settings of Outlook. A friend showed me where that notification setting is. Now it's enabled so I have a good sound and a banner on the screen.
