Outlook email delay VS Email app

Newby here, I started with the generic Samsung email app, but found the Outlook app more satisfying. I noticed an email receipt tone but no email in Outlook. The beep came from the Samsung app, a long minute later the Outlook showed the new msg.

How can I speed up the delivery to Outlook?
