Overload cpu in my phone

Hi, I'm using my LgV20 build NRD90M with Android 7.0.
I'm experiencing a high use of cpu for most of time.
I installed OS Monitor and as I said my cpu is often..almost always overload (99%-100% usage).
I freed up internal storage with 5Gb remaining but I didn't fix my issue.
Obviously my battery is drained a lot.
How can I test my phone and fix my issue?

Have you tried rebooting the device? There may be a background app stuck open/running.

Yes, sometimes when I restart the phone it works more smoothly but it doesn't last for a long time..

Charge up the phone and use it as normal. If this problem pops up again, just keep using until you hit about 30-40% and take a screen shot of the usage statistics. Post that here and it'll help us figure out what's eating your battery/processor time.

Go to the phone's main settings, then to Battery, then to Battery Usage. You'll see the charge/discharge graph on the top, but scroll down and you'll see what apps are using it.

Hi, I've posted a screenshot for an usage until 26%. I've used Zerolemon battery with 10000mhA of juice but I don't know if we can know the real issue because sometimes my phone lags and here:

you have only an usage statistics for about 10h of usage.

Anyway I'm not able to understand why I find apps like: Astro, Easypark, V380 and Image Converter although I don't use them and I've never started them today..
A different thing is Antutu because from latest upgrade it has been loaded in background as default..

In attachment today's usage statistics and Astro, Image Converter and Easypark continue to use cpu although I've never called them...
