If you make a habit of discharging the battery to 8%, you won't be seeing anything on the phone, as it will be dead.

The battery should never get lower than 40%. If you can't charge it, then turn it off.

Stop flashing your devices, and just use them with out of the box. That's my advice. The more you flash, the more likely you'll see weird stuff happening.

i used out of the box, and i did'nt installed pie version on p20 but i have software update to 8.2.0 (173) after that i got pie 9, but i didnt installed update to 8.2.0 (173) , i hate pie

can you explain why my s5 neo after flashed turn off charger when i got 95% and i see is battery used 10sec and now fully charged, in the night i dont unplug, maybe the usb cable bad? the cable i used for a5 2016 before november 2018 same issue , stopped charging when reach 52% doesnt matter, but in the phone usb plugged in and dont unpluged m and yeah when i turning on with power supply to the phone when phone was off, i put charger and turning on all time without plugged sound when phone booted up , but the one day i heard sound when booted up from usb cable to connected the charger via phone. maybe the usb cable bad? sometimes charged without problem. and when i got 29% percent the phone still does charger sound when i plugged in 20% but i dont plugged in 29% i heard sound

in another cable i dont see any issues, but how know? maybe firmware bad, or my phone damaged via firmware reinstall??? or maybe just bad cable?

on s5 box i see korean, but now i flashed fw and see in app info baltic/lv not kor.
so maybe before flash was seb/KOR?????????????????????

I would HIGHLY recommend for you to stop what you are doing. If you insist on flashing firmware, start doing some research on flashing firmware. Do not continue what you are doing until you are somewhat versed on how to proceed. If you keep flashing incorrect firmware, you may accidentally flash a firmware that will permanently brick your phone.

That’s not the case, anymore.

It's still a good idea not to let a lithium battery drop too low (i.e, <20% or so) on a regular basis, since it will decrease the overall lifespan of the battery. It's ok for the battery to drop low from time to time, but the main point here is not to do it habitually. This is a pretty standard recommendation from battery experts, like those at batteryuniversity.com, as well as Tesla.
