He said its not the Prime...sounds like a Tab 7.7 to me which would be amazing with 4G

Been following P3Droid since the OG. He knows what he is talking about. Granted not always the most personable dev, but he knows what he speaks, and has sources to back it up even if he won't tell us who they are...not that I blame him. His team revolutionized rooting and sbfing. Without their contributions, not sure where we (rooted users) would be.
Nobody is mad because of the information he gave. Its the way he gave it, and the persistently dick-ish attitude that permeates his every post, tweet, and messages.
Rooting = good. But I wasn't speaking to his personality or whether he was a good or bad developer.
Since this thread is on "P3Droid saying 12/8" and people saying he's known it before everyone else did, I was looking for him tweeting specifically about Dec 8th before everyone else did on Nov 18th. Bueller? Bueller?
So far all I've found is him saying sometime in december (big help), sometime before the end of the year (big help), an "I've never heard exact dates," "sometime before December 10th," and mid december. So I've been unsuccessful so far.

That's because he's never said it. He's only ever given vague references and information.
He also said earlier he had a 1.5ghz LTE Verizon device that wasn't the Rezound...he was raving about the screen.
They've been there but not functioning up to par previously. One got patched up, now both, are running error free, for a few days now. At least that is the anticipated fix of the signal issues w/ the ICS 4.1.02 update that has popped up on testing units, in the past week.

I been following him on twitter for awhile now when I read that .Seems like he stated that way back in mid November when everyone else was thinking it would get released before thanksgiving
P3Droid never said the 8th specifically (until now). He just said the phone was pushed to December before anyone else did. I think that happened on the 18th.

I know lol .Im not so sure it will be the 8th tho,but Im hoping it will be.My guess was the week of the 18th in Dec. (since the 18th is a Sunday)
At this point, there really isn't anything holding the phone back. There's no new issues being circulated and all the old ones have been fixed. I would really be shocked if this phone isn't in our hands in one week.

I actually use backup assistant along with gmail to back up my contacts so to me that is not bad.

I dunno how many times I have to say it, but no one at Verizon know a date. We never do and we usually know from reading blogs before we hear it from the horses mouth. The one thing I do know is that Verizon is making sure this thing releases without problems,

actually there are quite a few at verizon who know a date. It is just those that are lower on the totem pole that do not know..
