You must be one of those people who believed 11/21 - 11/29 was the release date and he broke your heart by saying it's a December release.

Like him or not, he is one of the few fairly reliable sources of info we have on this phone. He also has a history of reliable info with every other phone he has taken interest in (usually moto). Personally, I have no issue with the guy. I don't really understand what has everyone's panties in a wad about him.

I think the fact that he's a tool is relevant to the topic. Someone who behaves in an anti-social or negative way, including people who "play" with the information their given can help us determine how credible his info is.

P3Droid never said the 8th specifically (until now). He just said the phone was pushed to December before anyone else did. I think that happened on the 18th.

The 18th is when everyone was reporting it being pushed to December. See here, here, and here for examples.

So to get this straight, he didn't give us the 8th as a date when other websites did, and he actually said it at the same time as the other websites?

This will be the third and last time I'll go over this... P3Droid said the phone release was being pushed into December. He never said anything about the 8th, but he was one of the very first to report the delay. He said that before it was published anywhere.

I have some more eye witness yet still questionable news... I was in Best Buy this morning to buy a stereo for my Jeep when a guy from the mobile department, who seemed new, asked if i knew about the mobile upgrade program... when i told him i wasnt interested, he told me if i have any questions to let him know. So i asked about the Nexus and he told/ showed me the scheduled release of the 11th on his ipad. I still take that with a grain of salt but it was neat because i returned home to see the engadget article of the same date.

Now heres where i got even more excited. He told me they had dummy units and like i said, he was new, so i asked if i could check it out for size and whatnot. He went back to the mobile department grabbed one and let me hold it. Even knowing it had nothing in it and wouldnt function, it felt great to finally see the device.

Im going back there at 7 for the installation of the stereo so im hoping to try to nudge more info.
