Hi, i apologise if this has been asked previously, however i just cannot find any answers to the problem. I have a Gear Fit sm-r350, when trying to pair to a Galaxy S7, it will pair over Bluetooth fine however will not connect in Samsung Gear Manager. Also i cannot hard rest to get into the download boot menu. When i hold the button in it reboots but i dont get a samsung logo and it goes straight into pairing mode. Please help how can i recover / factory reset my device?
