Pause Music and Listen Starts

With my Evo when I use the app Music to listen to a podcast and then use the pause control on the BT headset or a wired headset, it starts the app Listen. If I push it again, it either advances to the next mp3 file in Listen or restarts the existing one. The result is two app using the audio at the same time.

How can I pause something in Music using the control on my headset? I don't want to pull the phone out of my pocket just to pause it.

iPhone headset answer/end button stops and starts music for me. BUT i don't have the Listen App installed.

I have the same issue. I switched to ACast for podcasts and set the built-in player as player in the settings. Works good.

It's also an issue with Slacker.

Today, I discovered the same problem with Audible.

My guess is that there is a setting in Listen that launches the app when you push a button on your headset. You probably need to open up Listen and change the settings so it doesn't do this.
