PC not seeing Lg optimus V

Hello i have a bricked LG Optimus V and im trying to unbrick it but its not being seen by the computer and yes i have installed the drivers.

I presume because the phone is bricked, it can't answer the PC. The PC needs to know what kind of USB port it is.

I already fixed it and rocking a port of this rom [ROM] CM7 | Optimus Nexus Me | JellyBean 4.3… | LG Optimus Me P350 | XDA Forums
