Don't you have to have a uma capable phone for wifi calling? I know video calling works over wifi, but for just talk, not sure if you can.

Try the Vonage app. It's free.

I use GrooveIP, which is able to do VoIP through your Google Voice number.

As the poster above said, Vonage's VoIP service has an Android app. So does my home VoIP provider, PhonePower.

I've been using Whistle Phone for some time now, and I'm really liking it! It offers HD and encrypted calling, which I found to be a neat added bonus, and feel like I can't do without it now! If you try it out, let me know what you think!
