Phone is fully charged and doesn’t turn on

I just bought the phone (Moto G5’s plus) exactly two days ago, it was working normally till last night.
I left it to charge and then came back to it turned off and doesn’t power, I tried the forced restart, but once I unplug the charger it turns off again and doesn’t turn on until I plug it in and try the forced restart again.
When I connect the charger it shows me that it’s fully charged.
Should I visit the shop or is there something I can do to fix that?
