Hi All, Typically a newbie joins and ask a question for his 1st post.
Anyway,
My phone updated about 2 months ago.
Since then, I cannot view pictures I have taken.
They seem to go corrupted. I can take a picture, look in gallery and there it is. When I go back later, they are all black with a grey ish square symbol in the middle of the black square. I can even zoom in on it. I have lost a lot of pics coz of this.
I have tried changing the memory card (now a small 2gb) and going into settings to try and select this as preferred storage I can't find an option to select the card. I have followed the advice for this process on another question on this forum.
I am considering a factory reset, as I also hate all the changes that happened, colours, layouts etc when it updated....
Could anyone advise please?
