Phone updated itself, now freezes every 4 minutes.

My phone "updated" itself this morning and "optimized" the apps. After that happened my phone stopped working every 4 minutes, freezes, and then I can't do anything unless I restart my phone every 4 minutes. Idk what the problem is but it keeps messing up.

If it freezes on chrome it'll say that it has stopped responding. If it freezes on home screen it says launcher3 has stopped responding. Anybody had similar problems and sny pointers to help?

I don't use droid turbo as my daily driver but I'll check when i get back home tonight.

The exact same thing just happened to my phone.. The battery also drains ridiculously fast now. I hope this gets fixed soon, or else I'll have to find someone other than Motorola.

It's a shame because this phone has been (almost) perfect up until this point.

Mine just started behaving badly the last couple days as well. Just cleared the cache partition to see if that helps.

Come to think of it my wife complained today about her new Moto Z Play draining the battery fast this morning too. I wonder if we got a crappy update to some app?
