Phone wont load web pages

[Android Central Question]

When my phone is connected to wifi it can load web pages but when its on mobile data it says connection interrupted although i can still connect to the gmail app and view emails as well as make and receive calls. This started happening after I turned mobile data off to save battery but nothing I have done so far has solved the issue this includes a factory reset.

UMX and the carrier is assurance wireless

Assurance Wireless usually has pretty limited plans -- do you have a monthly data limit? If so, check to see if you've hit that limit.

i can still make and receive calls

Voice calls and mobile data are in different buckets. Does your plan include unlimited mobile data, or is there a monthly limit?

i dont think so this happened at the end of last month and the problem still persists

You've already spoken with your carrier's customer support to see if they can help?

Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
