Picasa latest updates OMG

[AC Question]

Hello forum, just installed picasa 3.9 with the interval of minute every time its asking for update and restarting the application,

Pl help to understand what went wrong and how to stop this, even all earlier imported pics were also missing,

What device do you have? The reason I ask is Picasa has been discontinued.
