Here's my wallpaper of the day.
It's an image I made today with my Pixel 2 XL 128.
It's a life size bust of Beethoven that sits on my bookcase.
The bust was made from a life mask made during Beethoven's life.
Everyone at that time said that it was the best likeness of him!

I have been using Pixel Launcher as well as Nova and have managed to get my home screens just the way I like them. The folders are useful. Art by my talented daughter. I am using a dark background to maximise battery.

Finally decided to download Nova (I bought prime way back on another phone) and here's what I've got right now. Double tap brings up the dock that I have set as an overlay so it doesn't bump everything up every time. Just going black background until I find a wallpaper I like that fits.

BTW, it's been a while since I've used Nova and they've definitely made some improvements that I like. Only thing I like about the stock launcher better is the swipe right for Google feed and the at a glance widget.

I need to do some more digging then! Nova definitely isn't an app that you just quickly find everything immediately. Lol.

Edit: Got it! Never would have even thought to look for it as an apk.

You have to download the APK. The article I read said that Teslacoil didn't want to put it the play store bc of how it worked around the Google now app.
