Android Central Question

I updated to Android P last night. Had no issues before this. Woke up to a 53% battery, but I figured the cats knocked my charger out of the wall. Double checked, but my phone is still plugged in. In my battery settings, I can see where it got to 53% and then just... Stopped. It refuses to charge past that point with any cable, original or not.
I've tried restarting the phone and unplugging it. I'm hoping to about a factory reset unless necessary.

Welcome to Android Central! If you unplug and start using the phone normally, does the battery drop at a normal rate? Or does it stay at 53% for hours, then start dropping? Try using the phone normally until it's down to 10-20%, then power down and let it charge overnight. Does it still get stuck at 53%?
