Weather did not cooperate for cross-country skiing so back to Discovery Park aka Disco Park.
There was new snow on the Olympics but clouds made it hard to see. It also was drizzling contrary to Accu-weather which said I had 120 minutes of rain-free walking. I don't think I eked out in 20 minutes.

I didn't have a good vantage point, that's why all the tree branches blocking some of the view.
Back to Discovery Park where the lighting always varies.
One taken on Dec 29 at about 2:15pm - I like the foreground lighting on the grass. The other on New Years Day at around sunset, 4:15pm.
Gorgeous photos. Love the lighting variations.
Except when it is sunny (ha, ha!), the clouds really add to the variiety as does the time of day. It is a nice three mile loop and four if you go down to the beach and lighthouse.
Oh, I bet they do! I absolutely love clouds and how smartphone cameras can capture them.
Well, if you like clouds you should move here!!!! Today:
Greenlake Park, Seattle. January 9th, 2020
That's GORGEOUS. I love Seattle.
Thanks. Where are you from? Today, no so gorgeous! And it may be a gorgeous white tonight - driving will be treacherous.
