Pixel 6 & 6 Pro screen protectors

After using past tempered glass protectors with the hole punch, I wanted to make sure I got a different kind for my Pixel 6. Since day 1 I've been using the below. I love that it has the teardrop design making it easier to clean. I also noticed the thickness of the glass isn't as much as others I've used on other devices. Fingerprint works fine too.

That's the issue right now because there isn't a lot of choice. My go toos are usually supershieldz and amfilm but neither have 6 pro.

Please update us on how that goes. I did Dome once and messed it up. Wasted it.

Will do, I'm pretty confident with Dome I've used them on pretty much every Samsung device I owned

I am mostly curious about the fingerprint sensor functionality.

Yeah ordered directly from Dome , hopefully it will be fine but I'll keep you updated

Then try a film screen protector from Gadgetshieldz which is installed with liquid that will not allow bubbles inside it. Also, my friend told me that this protector has a self-healing feature that heals most of the scratches as they mentioned on their website and no issue with the fingerprint sensor.

The film is better than nothing, but the glass will prevent screen cracks most of the time if the device is dropped where TPU film not so much.

Yeah, it's not safer than tempered but with a case on I don't get any cracks or damage as I dropped my phone twice. Even with a case my the tempered glass cracks soon on my previous phones so this film protector will hold for a long time and I don't have to worry about buying another one.

I pre-ordered whitestone dome protector for my pixel 6 pro. I then saw this tempered glass UV based one cheaper than whitestone on amazon Canada, its arriving tomorrow. I'll let you guys know how it is. if you sort by recent reviews it shows pixel 6 pro users and almost all have been great reviews.

So, after a week, I already cracked a tempered glass from Amazon and I haven't even dropped the phone yet. I went ahead and let the Zahara come in from BB and put it on as I await the dome glass myself as well. That fingerprint circle is quite annoying but so long as it on holds until the dome glass comes in I'm good. And, the fingerprint scanner actually recogizes my thumbprint now so there's that.

As promised a follow up of the Mowei UV tempered glass screen protector for the 6 Pro.

Fist impressions after putting this on is that it is absolutely amazing! it feels perfect cause its glass and curves over the edges and fits perfect. I feel like I don't even have a screen protector on the device! would 100% recommend.

**The installation is a bit tricky so if you do get this I recommend watching the installation video a few times before attempting!
**Make sure you cover the top speaker grill as well as the bottom one before you proceed with installation.

Not sure what you mean by different colour. It is transparent clear protector. Also no hole on the fingerprint, it covers all the display and most of the front glass.

That's what I mean, no hole or visibly different glass over the fingerprint sensor?
