Yeah that's what I am hoping for. What I'm saying is why just because it's an "iphone" does it get to have HD voice despite what carrier or unlocked version you have.

I assume because it has the hardware to utilize HD Voice and wifi calling. Once they turned it on for network iPhones, it works for unlocked iPhones as well. That's why I am assuming if ATT ever does sell the Pixels, that unlocked pixels would be able to use the features nice we know the pixels have the hardware. I could be wrong but hopefully not.

I am using my iPhone 7+ this week and HD voice does makes a difference when speaking on the phone. No doubt about it.

In all honesty number 1 source for buying phones. Swappa.. pay less and get the same phone. You can also look into other online websites like Amazon and Ebay which will most likely also be cheaper than market price... I'm not quite sure why a lot of people tend to pay about 12-14% higher in value excluding sales tax just to get it at a store? Save the extra cash...save the sales tax and buy it online. You could always request next day air or 2day shipping and it will still come out to be cheaper than buying at a local store.

Not to mention stores have these things called warranties lol. Plus less chance of getting screwed over.
