Pixle 4 + Black Friday

I wish Best Buy would reveal the details on the $400 off (Verizon) deal. Is it good only if I add a new line? Good only if I upgrade to Unlimited? (I'm not doing either of those). I have a shared data plan with my wife on Verizon and we're not switching carriers and I'm fine with holding on to a phone for two years. If either of those two restrictions are in place for the $400 off deal I would just go for the $200 off unlocked deal on the 24th.

BB will do price match once the Google store sale goes live.

thats what im hoping they do. im going to head to my local bb to see if they will price match, assuming they have a 128gb unlocked model in stock. if they dont then i will start to buy it from google in front of them.

any issues with buying from bb rather than from google? im thinking if something is wrong with the phone. would i deal with bb or with google?

Anyone know where to buyP4 w/o sales tax?

Go to B&H Photo and sign up for a payboo account.

price of the phone, tax, and shipping will all need to be considered when figuring out the best deal
if on Goolge Fi, there may be a $100 Fi credit to factor in also.

I will carefully factor in all these factors and then go with the one that gets me the phone the fastest.
It is what a mature adult does -

I've never had any issues with BB, been dealing with them for years.

It'll be interesting to see how this works out.

Just pulled the trigger at Best Buy. $300 off on Verizon over 24 months. P4xl, white, 64gb. Yay!

Who supports it or can support it may depend on what and when the issue you have is and whether or not it's a carrier version. Warranty exchanges after the return period seem to easier when purchased through Google.

please pay sales tax if required from the state you reside in. it's not ethical to avoid sale tax

Not just that - it's illegal. In most states, if you make a purchase online that you would've paid sales tax on locally, but the online merchant doesn't collect it, you are still legally obligated to report and pay that amount as a 'use' tax.
