Please Help ... !!! My HTC One shows Grey Battery with "!" Icon ... ???

Working much better now ... No Charging Issues ... But a few times the same error occurs ... I noticed that the error occurs when the Battery V (voltage) is near 4.8 and charges properly when V is near 3.7 ... But most of the times no error ...

Have you considered taking it in for repair? They can at least give you a better answer for your problem I'm sure. Unless you are not near anywhere that can repair it.

Hi.. i know it a old thread just happy to know that what problem you diagnosed ?Coz m facing same problem with my HTC 820 battery only thing is i did not wet my phone ..so plz reply how you got rid of that problem ?

Omg my phone has been doing the same thing for the last couple days but i never dropped it in anything although it has been getting really hot recently. Can u plz let me kno if your battery fully gave out or if it ever stopped working?
