Please help recover my mom's phone !!!

When I turn the phone on, it goes straight to the fastboot menu.. It says
"*Locked (OOW)*
HBOOT-2.18.0001
MICROP-041f
TOUCH PANEL-ATMEL224_16ab
RADIO-2.15.00.12.19
Dec 21 2011, 12:50:32"

Then it has the reboot menu underneath.. Whenever I choose recovery, it goes to a black screen with a phone and a red triangle.. Can somebody please help me ! I don't care if it erases all the data off of the phone.

Have you tried doing a factory reset? (CLEAR STORAGE option from HBOOT menu)
