I still don't know how I activate safe mode. I know it's unbelievable.

Not at all.

Press Power as if to Power Off the phone, then long-press the “Power Off Phone?” (or similar message) message box, to get to the Safe Mode option.

A Power Off and Restart is the normal way of exiting Safe Mode when you’ve finished with it.
