I really need help . ive been trying almost everything this week. and adb isnt working it says path isnt recognize..PLEASE HELP!!! I Am New to All of this So i Really Need to be walked through

Idk if its perma-brick. or what

I doubt it. You just need to find a way to get a different recovery on there. Plenty of people have done this and fixed it, I'm sure it's in one of the threads in the rooting section.

i cannot find a Xionia zip anywhere so i can try and flash that to use their fix boot loop option. i really need to flash Xionia but i dont know where to get it and how. i really need my phone

first remove battery then try removing your SD card and restarting without sd card....what happens?

with a card reader look for any instance of a zip file begining with 'P' i forget but might look something like this (PG12345.zip) remove it from card and you should be good to go, I have seen this a couple of times, rom managers write a script and put it into a zip file beggining with a 'P' the phone thinks it is an update and continues to install it over and over, and yes take the advise given and remove that rom manager

It isnt stock .its ClockworkMod.

Can you get into recovery? If you can, wipe data and reboot. Then try to install xionia. Then reboot to recovery, wipe data, cache ect, flash rom of choice and reboot.
