How do I open up pop up browser in any app like just like pop up note?

There isn't any shortcut to open pop up browser directly like for popup note.

If you open web links , android by default will provide pop-up browser as an option along with your other browsers. If they default to your web browser, then goto app manager and 'clear defaults' on on your web browser.

The best place to try this is to do a search on google now .

After rooting there is an icon for the pop up browser. Lot of little useful things like that.

There's an apk file where you can download the pop-up browser and open it any time you want. I used to have the apk file, but can't seem to find it. Hopefully someone will stumble across this post and upload it.

I was able to find the apk file, but can't seem to find a way how to upload it.

There's also a 3rd party pop-up browser in the PlayStore that works fairly well. It allows you to hide it in in the notification shade, then quickly access it again when needed.
