I'm getting a few pop-ups, 1 is Ibarhorse.com. No clue where it came from or how to get it off.

Is this only while you're using the browser, or does it come up even when you're doing something else?

If it's only while you're browsing, then it has to do with the website(s) that you're visiting -- try avoiding them.
