Possible to read Application Manager log?

Non-rooted Nexus 4 ; I have noticed that a "Removed App" used up 100mb of background data (zero foreground) and I'm curious to see what it was. I'm not remembering which apps I've uninstalled the last 3 weeks so am hoping there's a log file I can view. Is this possible? Thank you
